Shivani Singla is a qualified insolvency professional with twenty-five years of experience in corporate banking. In her last role as a General Manager, she was engaged in several of India's most significant insolvencies during the initial years of evolution of the insolvency law in India. Her expertise across credit appraisal, security structuring, syndication and resolution strategy contributes to the way each Tavasya investment is sourced, underwritten and exited.
