Who we are?
‘Tavasya SSF’ is one of the first Category – I, Special Situations Alternate Investment Fund to be registered with SEBI (registration number: IN/AIF1/23-24/1361). The Fund has closed two Schemes with commitments of more than INR 200 Crores. The Fund is focused on investing in stressed/distressed assets through IBC, undervalued debt and complex special situations.

Navneet Garg
Navneet is an engineer by qualification and has an overall experience of around 29 years, including extensive global experience in dealing with governments in more than sixty developing countries in Asia and Africa. Currently, he is actively working with various central government bodies and more than ten state governments across India.
Shivani Singla
Shivani is a professional with more than twenty-one years of experience in the banking sector, on credit/ project appraisal, financial analysis, risk evaluation, syndication and down-selling, portfolio monitoring across industries and stressed asset management including debt restructuring and resolutions. She is an registered insolvency professional.
